TIAS is a business school that offers a wide range of degree and non-degree programs and learning paths for executive education. We offer open programs – MBAs, Masters, Advanced Programs and Masterclasses – and we develop tailor-made programs. In addition, we provide career and consulting services and we share our knowledge, research and insights through various channels and platforms. A WIDE RANGE OF PROGRAMS
TIAS offers a wide range of degree and non-degree programs, learning paths, and program formats for both individual participants and organizations.These courses are offered as open programs – Masters, MBAs, Advanced Programs and Masterclasses – and can also be developed as tailor-made incompany programs. This allows us to respond flexibly to the needs of individual participants, teams, and organizations in almost every stage of their development. Our program set-up consists of a smart mix of individual and group activities: online, on site, and hybrid, both in Utrecht and Tilburg.
MASTER'S PROGRAMS
TIAS offers part-time executive Master's programs for experienced managers and professionals who want to take the next step in their careers, stay ahead in their field, and strengthen their network. In addition, TIAS offers full-time Master's programs for talented graduates from research universities or universities of applied sciences who want to kickstart their career as a successful manager. TIAS offers both Dutch and English-language Master's programs. TIAS' Master's programs are academic-level programs. They are internationally accredited, top ranked, and highly valued. Graduates from our NVAO-accredited Master's programs receive the internationally recognized title of Master of Science, MSc. The TIAS Executive Masters are easy to combine with your work and personal life. Our flexible learning pathways allow participants to select their preferred start date, and to study individual modules or the entire Master. Our Master's programs encourage critical and analytical thinking and offer a strong theoretical basis that will help you make better-founded decisions. Our excellent lecturers deliver the latest scientific insights and new ways of thinking to help participants develop innovative solutions and create an impact in business and society.
MBA PROGRAMS
TIAS' MBA programs are internationally oriented, top-level Masters, aimed at experienced senior and executive managers and professionals, as well as ambitious high-potentials who want to make a difference in their professional and social context. The TIAS Master of Business Administration is highly geared towards personal and professional development and leadership, with a solid, up-to-date academic program that integrates knowledge from different fields. The programs offer a challenging learning environment with participants from a variety of backgrounds and excellent lecturers who push them to achieve their very best. TIAS' range of MBA programs caters to participants' needs in almost every stage of their development. With our MBA programs, you can earn an MBA degree from an internationally accredited, top-ranked business school with highly valued full-time and part-time programs within only 1-2 years.
ADVANCED PROGRAMS
TIAS offers Advanced Programs for executive-level leaders and managers who want to develop new ways of thinking, sharpen their intuition, and strengthen their network, with the aim of improving their leadership skills and taking responsibility in their professional and social context. TIAS Advanced Programs are intensive multi-day part-time learning paths. Our top faculty has extensive experience in both executive education and the boardroom, and will bring a fresh perspective to their lectures. They inspire and encourage like-minded participants to step out of their comfort zone and come up with new insights. Programs take a couple of months to a year to complete and can easily be combined with a busy schedule.

TIAS InCompany creates tailor-made learning paths for organizations wishing to develop future-oriented leadership and business skills. We develop tailor-made programs for all current topics and disciplines that are relevant to business transformation. We have a wide variety of clients from various sectors (both profit and non-profit) that approach us for courses on topics such as innovation, change & transformation, leadership, management development, business management, and strategy development and implementation. TIAS offers two ways of developing an InCompany program: we can create a 100% tailor-made program together with you, or we can customize an existing program from our range of existing programs.
